We are excited to start our Fall 2025 Arm Care programs!  We believe this is a ‘must do’ for pitchers 12 and older who are looking to develop arm strength and proper throwing mechanics.  Participants from past programs have seen material velocity gains with minimal arm issues throughout their seasons.  

The program consists of 29 sessions beginning October 13 and wrapping up December 20. Sessions are about an hour each and can be completed Monday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons between 4 and 6pm. We can stay until 7pm on weeknights to avoid timing conflicts with practices, if necessary. The cost is $120 for all 29 sessions.   We believe this is a good investment in your young ballplayer.

You do not have to attend every session to see results, but the more sessions you attend regularly, the more likely you are to see significant gains of arm strength and arm health.  Your ballplayer will find the atmosphere to be fun and laid back.  We have found this to be a great time for ballplayers to hang with other ballplayers and get to know guys from around the region that also love baseball.
