WHO: all fitness levels
GOAL: lose fat mass, tone muscles, increase strength, accountability for exercise
WHEN: 8-week session from Jan 18 – March 12.
1-hour classes offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at the following times:
- 9AM – this is a much lower intensity class
You do not have to strictly adhere to the class time that you register for. If you have a meeting one day (or you overslept!) and it works better for you to attend one of the other class times, just show up at that time!
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASSES
WHAT: This 6-week session is designed for hardworking, coachable athletes that are seeking improvement in speed, injury prevention, increased power output and refinement in athletic skills.
WHO: Middle School and High School Athletes
January 18 – February 26th
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Two class times to choose from – 5:30 and 6:30
