Athletic Performance

WHO: middle and high school hard-working, coachable athletes

GOAL: improve speed, reduce injuries, increase power output, refine athletic skills

6-week session from March 2-April 17 (spring break off, March 9-13)
1-hour classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM
$80 for the 6-week session

Boot Camp

WHO: all fitness levels

GOAL: lose fat mass, tone muscles, increase strength, accountability for each exercise

8-week session from March 2-May 1 (spring break off, March 9-13)
1-hour classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 AM, 6 AM, or 8 AM*
* 8 AM is a lower intensity class, but with same movements as 5 AM and 6 AM
Come to any class! It doesn’t matter if you choose 5 AM one day and 8 AM the next.
$160 for the 8-week session

Prime-Timers

WHO: senior citizens

GOAL: improve physical and mental fitness, increase balance, manage chronic pain

4-week session from February 3-28
1-hour classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10-11 AM
$50 for the 4-week session
