Boot Camp

WHO: all fitness levels

GOAL: lose fat mass, tone muscles, increase strength, accountability for exercise


8-week session, from June 1 – July 24

1-hour classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 5AM, 6AM, 7AM and 8AM

COST: $160 for the 8-week session

Athletic Performance

WHO: middle and high school hardworking, coachable athletes

GOAL: improve speed, reduce injuries, increase power output, refine athletic skills


6-week session, from June 1 – July 9

1-hour classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM and 7:30PM

COST: $100 for the 6-week session
